СРАВНИТЕЛЬНОЕ ДЕЙСТВИЕ ПРЕДСТАВИТЕЛЕЙ ДВУХ ВИДОВ ГРИБА TRICHODERMA В ОТНОШЕНИИ ПАТОГЕНОВ СЕЛЬСКОХОЗЯЙСТВЕННЫХ КУЛЬТУР В УСЛОВИЯХ IN VITRO

Abstract

Data on nature of interaction Trichoderma harzianum and Trichoderma lignorum (on two isolates of each species) with pathogens of agricultural crops are submitted. Trichoderma species in the in vitro conditions have limited growth of pathogens, changed structure of their colonies, in whole or in part occupying them. Fusarium sp. isolate from the damaged root of sugar beet limited growth of all Trichoderma isolates, changed color of their colonies from green to yellow similar to action of Bacillus subtilis.
