Abstract

SYNTHESIS OF SOME THIOSEMICARBAZONES IN THE BASE OF N-{4-[(HYDRAZINECARBOTHIOYL)AMINO]PHENYL}ACETAMIDE In this paper are described methods of synthesis of six organic compounds, were three of then are unknown. The structure of the compounds was determined by NMR spectroscopy 1H, 13C and IR spectra. Anticancer activity was studied using cervical cancer cells HeLa, where the compound N-[4-({2-[1-(pyridine-2-yl)ethylidene]hidrazincarbotioil}amino)phenyl] acetamide showed the highest inhibition, about 84% at concentration of 100 μM/L.
