Abstract
PROVISIONAL TECHNOLOGY FOR UTILIZATION OF SOLID YEASTS AS FERTILISER IN VINEYARDS
Solid wine yeast is formed by pressing the liquid yeast. It is found that they are concentrated fertilizers that can economically justify their transport over long distances, more than 10 km from the winery. Compared to conventional manure, dry yeast contains 2.7 times more nitrogen, 1.6 times more phosphorus, 2.4 times more potassium and 2.7 times more organic substances.
