Rezumat
The infl uence of the low intensity milimetric waves on the biosynthetic abilities of the Saccharomyces carlsbergensis CNMN- Y-15 strains was investigated. The infl uence of the milimetric waves on the yeast productivity, quantitative and qualitative content of the lipids was also investigated along with the relationship between the biological effect and the treatment period. The stimulatory effect of the milimetric waves on the phospholipids, sterols and glycerides synthesis was distinguished.
