Rezumat
The capacity of lipids and sterols biosynthesis increasing in yeast strain Saccharomyces carlsbergensis CNMN-Y-15 during the cultivation on liquid medium with different sources of carbon and nitrogen has been studied. There has been established that yeast better metabolizes melasa and glucose, those are proposed for medium optimizatioin for directed synthesis of yeast sterols producer.
