Rezumat

Nowadays, due to realizations of medicine and pharmacology in fighting against diseases, the lifespan of people has increased considerably. However, according to the 70% of adults die because of the cardio-respiratory affections. Medical gymnastics and massage prove to be the most efficient means of normalization the organism’s functions in the process of ageing and also of sustaining the people’s health status.
