Rezumat
The wastes of the main branches of agriculture - viticulture, have an economic interest, because the realization of products such as tartaric acid and ecological interest, where the 200,000 tons of annual waste presents a hazard to people and the aquatic environment. The lack, in Moldova, of a coherent legal and regulatory framework for the determination of tartaric acid, salts and minerals in natural waters, requires urgent resolution.
