Rezumat

The main problems of land resource management are non-ecological exploitation of agricultural land, non-sanitation of rural space, massive negligence of population and local authorities. Most environmental damage in this field is not established and compensated and the majority of land beneficiaries ignore the normatives of land protection. There was introduced a penalty for burning stubble, substantially increased the payment discharge and the amount of fines for unauthorized land use and for destruction of soil fertile layer. However, there is no positive change in penalties for causing erosion, for falsifying and concealing information about the status of land.
