Rezumat

The performed research on the Florina sort (brachytic stock –M 26) was found that the dominant centers of attractions of the metabolic substances during fruit maturation, fruit bud formation and differentiation, are the reproductive organs. The carbohydrate content is higher in fruit and the peduncle as in its leaves and petiole of the fruit formations.
