Features of growth in height of experimental cultures of a pedunculata oak (Quercus robur L.) of a various ecological
origin are investigated. It is revealed, that sapling an oak of a various origin it has peculiar high variability on growth
rate in height. During time sapling which has been brought up from acorn collected of a large forest „Plaiul Fagului”
differed the average force of growth. They grew much worse sapling of Edineţ origin. Such a character of growth sapling of
local origin results in a conclusion that local ecological conditions on the given level of development have no deciding
influence on the growth sapling of an oak. The increase with the years of the level of variability sapling occurred with
northern and southern ecological zone, speaks of a lower viability of a certain part of these sapling in new conditions of
environment.
