Аннотация

The reproduction of population is an important problem for the states of Europe. This problem in particular is conditioned by men fertility. The spermogramme is widespread laboratory research, which may be completed with nitrogen metabolism indexes. In the paper there are selected the technical conditions for young men probes preparation and parameters technical of amino acids mixtures in probe of sperm plasma and spermatozoids division at chromatography column. There are revealed free amino acids pool in the in the seminal plasma and spermatozoon of young healthy men.
