Аннотация
Thisstudyinvestigatestherelationshipbetween intestinal dysbiosisandcoenzyme Q10 deficiency in a group of 13
patients. The resultsindicatedthatallparticipantsexhibited a coenzyme Q10 deficiency, associatedwithimbalances in
intestinal microbiota, elevated fecal pH, and a highmicrobialload, particularly for pathogenicspeciessuch as Candida
albicans. Thesechangessuggestthatdysbiosismayaffecttheabsorptionandutilization of coenzyme Q10, reducing metabolic efficiencyandpromoting oxidative stress.
The studyhighlightsthecritical role of a balancedmicrobiota in maintaining optimal coenzyme Q10 levels, essential for mitochondrialand antioxidant health. Conclusionsrecommenddietaryandprobioticinterventionstorestoremicrobioticbalance, aimingtoimprovecoenzyme Q10 absorptionandsupportthebody’senergyandimmunefunctions.
Thesefindingsunderscoretheimportance of monitoring andoptimizing intestinal health in managingcoenzyme Q10
deficiencies.
