Аннотация
Based on a comprehensive analysis of modern specialized literature and our own experimental data we identified intrinsic factors of sanogenic and dissanogenic nature at the level of cellular elements and organs that directly
ensure nutrient absorption in the small intestine, as well as at the level of nervous and hormonal regulation of this
process, and extrinsic factors. Extrinsic factors of sanogenic nature: sanogenic nutrition; periodic short-term exposure to gentle stress factors; regular consumption of nutrients that help prevent and correct digestive and absorption
disorders; moderate physical activity, maintaining intestinal bacteriocenosis in a sanogenic state. Extrinsic factors
of a dissanogenic nature: failure to comply with the principles of sanogenic nutrition, especially in early postnatal
ontogenesis; periodic exposure to excessive stress; decreased or excessive physical activity; exposure to factors that
deregulate the composition of the intestinal bacteriocenosis; chronic alcohol consumption; viral and bacterial infections that contribute to the development of gastroenteritis.
