Аннотация

Regional climate changes caused by global warming are manifested by the impact on the amount of precipitation.
The Republic of Moldova, located in a variable climate zone, is facing regional changes in precipitation. In this study,
using the climate scenarios developed by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and based on data
from 17 meteorological stations for the period 1986-2005, maps were modeled for the periods 2021-2040, 2041-2060
and 2081-2100. The results obtained show a decrease in precipitation amounts in the warm season, and an increase in
them in the cold season. Thus, climate change will determine a more variable precipitation regime in time and space,
increasing the risks of drought during the period of active crop vegetation.
