Аннотация
The health-pedoregenerative and climate-adaptive functions of various groups of organic substances in the soil
are examined through the prism of the functionality of the organic substances system, which is perceived as an integral, interdetermined and interdependent heterogeneous continuum of labile organic substances and inert humic
substances integrated into the mineral matrix that ensures the continuous development of the organic carbon and
biophilic elements cycle within eco/agroecosystems.
The balanced interdependent and interdetermined interaction of labile and inert organic substances ensures the
functional stability of the organic substances system.
The management of the functionality of the organic substances system and, respectively, of the health-pedoregenerative and climate-adaptive functions, involves ensuring the continuity of the organic carbon and nutrient cycle by
sustaining bioenergetic resources and the processes of humification and stabilization of organic carbon in the soil.
Keywords: organic substance system, ecosystem functions, health-pedioregenerative functions.
