Аннотация
The paper presents the results of the study of 10 lines of winter durum wheat and 10 lines of winter triticale from
the control field. The genotypes were investigated based on important morphobiological and productivity characters
(plant height, number of stems, spike length, number of spikelets and number of grains per spike, weight of grains
per spike, mass of 1000 grains). The analysis of morphological characters and productivity revealed a high variability
in terms of the number of siblings, the number of grains and their weight, which provides us with possibilities for
selecting valuable genotypes. As a result of the research, useful genotypes were identified and selected that were used
in hybridizations as parents of valuable characters. Based on these genotypes, 40 reciprocal intraspecific hybrids were
obtained, which will be studied in the F1-F4 generations.
