Аннотация

The present study investigates the influence of the biopreparation APUSET-6 on thyroid gland function under conditions of experimental diabetes. Diabetes mellitus is associated with multiple endocrine dysfunctions, including disturbances in thyroid hormone homeostasis, which may exacerbate metabolic imbalances. In this context, the use of biopreparations with bioactive potential represents a promising strategy for regulating thyroid function and alleviating metabolic complications. APUSET-6 is a natural product derived from medicinal plants, rich in bioactive phytochemicals, whose efficacy is attributed to the synergistic action of its phytoconstituents. The research findings suggest that this biopreparation contributes to the maintenance of endocrine balance by positively modulating thyroid hormone levels and reducing the impact of diabetes-associated metabolic dysfunctions. These observations highlight the therapeutic potential of APUSET-6 in the management of complex metabolic disorders, opening new perspectives for the application of natural compounds in endocrinology and metabolic medicine.
