Аннотация

The biostimulatory properties of mononuclear iron(III) coordination compounds Fe(H2L)(H2O)23∙2.5H2O (1) and Fe(H2L)(H2O)23∙2.5H2O (2), obtained based on the coordination agent 2,6-diacetylpyridine-bis(2-pyridinecarbohydrazone) (H₂L), previously described, were investigated for their influence on the exocellular lipase synthesis by the fungal strain Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03. Based on the obtained experimental data, optimized nutrient media were developed for the submerged cultivation of the fungal strain Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03, in which coordination compounds 1 and 2 were added as stimulators of lipolytic enzyme biosynthesis. The results revealed that the presence of these complexes in the culture medium significantly enhanced the production of exocellular lipases and shortened the cultivation cycle by accelerating the achievement of maximum lipolytic activity.
