Аннотация
The process of formation of Cu(II) complexes with cyclohexyl-thiosemicarbazone 2-acetylpyridine in solution was studied. It was established that in the electronic absorption spectrum of the ligand in solution there is one maximum at a wavelength of 309 nm, while in the absorption spectrum of the complex there are two maxima, at 294 nm and 385 nm. It was also determined that with increasing pH of the solution the intensity of the absorption maximum of the complex decreases, but this decrease is not considerable. By the Ostromisslensky–Job method and the saturation method it was determined that the composition of the coordinative compound in solution corresponds to the stoichiometric ratio M:L = 1:1. By the Komari method it was determined that the value of the stability constant of the complex is equal to 5.731·10⁶ L·mol⁻¹. The Gibbs potential variation of the complex formation process in solution is equal to −37.908 kJ·mol⁻¹.
