Аннотация

It has been established in the experiments in situ using male rats that high carbohydrate diet (59% of the forage mass and 78.2% of the overall consumed energy) during 6 weeks beginning outright from the moment of transition to definitive nutrition brings about a noticeable increase of glucose and fructose absorption in the small intestine, an increase of the maximum glucose transport rate (Jmax), a considerable decrease of the non-saturable absorption rate constant (Kd), an increase of the rate (Jmax / Kt) of active glucose transport through the apical membrane of the intestinal cell (more than in 1.5 times) and is the cause of the monosaccharide absorption increased level development in the subsequent life. The glucose absorption changes under the high carbohydrate diet are, apparently, concerned with the increase of the content of intestinal cell apical membrane SGLT 1 transporters mediating the system of Na+- dependent active glucose transport under the impact of the stimulating nutritive factor from the intestinal cavity. Кеуwords: small intestine, absorption of monosaccharides, high carbohydrate diet, early postnatal ontogenesis, kinetic constants for the active transport of glucose.
