Аннотация

In this paper are presented modifications taken part in mitotic cycles of Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-18 as the result of application of millimeter waves with extremely high frequency. It was determined that the dynamics of the process of growth of the population depends on the duration of irradiation. Maximum effect of the increase of viability was established in the interval 12-48 hours at the irradiation at 20 minutes with millimeter waves with the frequency f=53,33 GHz. The double irradiation of the culture at different stages of development, modify insignificantly the amount of cells in comparison with the unirradiated control. Keywords: Saccharomyces cerevisiae, proliferation, viability, millimeter waves.
