STUDY OF ADMINISTERING ON LOCAL HERBAL EXTRACT OF CHANGES IN HEMATOLOGICAL INDICES IN DISORDERS OF THE THYROID GLAND

An important factor for thyroid hormone biosynthesis is increased intake of thiocyanate ion (SCN-), which contains food (cabbage, radish, walnuts, sunflower seeds, dill). The action of extracts of the products mentioned has been demonstrated in experiments on animals. Any change of status may induce endocrine changes to the blood. Herbal extract positive influence on functional status in disturbances improving hematological their initial stages disorders. After some research occurring in Sudan, where 85% of children suffer from goiter, has been reported low levels of thyrotrophic, low concentration of iodine in urine due to a high average concentrations of thiocyanate in urine. The authors concluded that the high incidence of hipotireozei attested in older children 2 years is due to the combined action of iodine deficiency and thiocyanate.
