THE SYNTHESIS AND STUDY OF THE ANTIOXIDATIVE PROPERTIES OF NEW DERIVATIVES OF BENZOXAZOLES

In the present work the synthesis of 4 new derivatives of benzoxazoles with biological properties was carried out. The structure of the synthesized compounds was investigated by the 1H, 13C-NMR, IR spectroscopy and in the case of N-[2-(dimethylamino)-1,3-benzoxazol-5-yl]-2-[1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethylidene]hydrazine-1-carbothioamide by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction determination. The antioxidantive properties were investigated by ABTS and DPPH methods. Keywords: benzoxazoles 2 and 5-substituted, thiosemicarbazones, antioxidant properties.
