Abstract

CONCEPTUAL DELIMITATION AND LINGUISTIC CONSECRATED ACCEPTATION ABOUT PRAGMATICS Pragmatics is a relatively young science, which over time has been studied from various perspectives, generating many interpretations and discussions among researchers. However, the theoretical foundation of the discipline remains open for completion and study. Even if we have established definitions of the term pragmatics, there are opinions of some researchers, as we cannot talk about a pragmatics in general, but about pragmatics, thus, we delimit between a linguistic pragmatics and a logical one. Linguistics, in turn, can be divided into a pragmatics of utterance and conversation. Thus, in this article we approach the concept of pragmatics (definitions, interpretations) and establishment of the connection of this discipline with linguistics.
