Abstract

THE SYSTEMATISATION OF INTEGRALISM AND THE RESYSTEMATISATION OF SCIENCE. TRANSDISCIPLINARY (EPISTEMOLOGICAL) CONTEXTUALISATION OF LINGUISTIC INTEGRALISM In order to extend the impact of Coserianism to the whole culture, it is essential to involve Transdisciplinarity in the study of Integral Linguistics. The paper proposes a transdisciplinary view on how Eugeniu Coșeriu builds his linguistic model and on Integral Linguistics itself - highlighting the possibility of systematising Integralism from this perspective and certainly, of implementing the integralist model in other areas of culture/human activity. The involvement of the “Coserian principle of integration” in the fundamental act of any field of activity presupposes the (re)habilitation of the essential integrative dynamicity, creativity of that field and goes through the formulation of a new epistemology - which is the central theme of this paper.
