Rezumat

The article examines the process of formation of value attitudes with special reference to the ratio between norm and value, to behavioral patterns generated by the value world. It remarks that in the value-norm relation the generality level is superior to value; that the value is an orientative basis for more social norms; that values are not final units in coordinating the human behaviour, they are the ensemble of interests built on social and biological needs of the people. At the same time, the relation value-norm-behaviour is not a one direction link, it must be understood as an open self-regulating system within which the retroaction from behaviour towards norm holds the role to rationalize our existence.
