Rezumat
Pedagogy, as a science, approaches personality problem about development and education, with a view to identify the most efficient ways, methods, means to stimulate youth’s personality. The members of postmodern society (children, parents, teachers, wider educational community) will be transformed, changed in a good way, and been aware of straight education in family, in school, in society. Their conception, behavior and attitude about personality development will change through education in our contemporary democratic Romanian and European society.
