DIFERENŢE GENDER ÎN SIMPTOMATOLOGIA COMORBIDĂ A STĂRILOR DEPRESIVE LA ADOLESCENŢI

Rezumat
One of the most important aspects of the problem of the adolescent depression is the problem of comorbidity. Last years many studies were dedicated to the anxious-depressive comorbidity and the comorbidity of depression with psychosomatic symptoms. In the present study, depression during adolescence was examined in relationship with anxiety and psychosomatic symptoms. The goal of the study was to identify the gender differences in the comorbidity of the adolescent depression. One hundred ninety seven adolescents aged 14 to 18 years, participated in the study. The results of the study reveal that in both male and female adolescents is identified the comobidity of depression with anxiety and psychosomatic symptoms. Also, the results reveal that female depressive adolescents reported more anxious and psychosomatic symptoms than male depressive adolescents.
