Rezumat

The article analyses the motivation for didactical career, starting from theoretical approaches (concepts as „what is motivation?”), passing to a concise analyse of main types of motivation for didactical career and finalizing with practical conclusions obtained researching motivation factors in didactical career and modern teacher’s profile in interior of a globalised society, marked by accelerated changes.
