Abstract

This study focuses on the problem of implementation the imperatives of the Bologna Process – structuring the independent student work. It brings arguments that prove the necessity and importance of the independent activity for the professional development of the students. Of a special standing is the impact of the professional orientation, as well as of the motivation of the students upon their independent work. The work reveals different forms of organizing the independent activity of the students. The study presents some of these forms in the article, among them being the constructive work.
