Rezumat
The conceptual delimitation of the progressive education is the basis of the synthesis of ideas formulated by the specialists in various domains: pedagogues, sociologists, philosophers, from the perspective of presenting the meaning and the importance of the prospective education. Revealing the pedagogical and scientific signs in creating a fundament of the prospective education in the university frame, we can point out that the educational activity always focuses on a future, potential, strategic, superior situation if compared to the present, actual, conjectural one.
