Rezumat
The manager’s performance is the major resource which makes an organization to be productive from an economic point of view and viable from a social point of view. A company’s efficiency depends, more and more, on the integration of manager’s psychological and social necessities for organization’s aims. This way of analyzing the manager’s work obliges to their examination of human resources, meaning a fundamental component in the economic process. Every person aims the professional competence maximizing due to the given efforts.
