Rezumat

The article tackles the inter-culture as a current dimension of the university teaching curriculum and intercultural education as problems of the contemporary world, common for the vast cycle of new educations, being an extremely current and necessary socio-cultural challenge. The new course proposed to the psycho-pedagogic Master’s Degree students is analyzed from the theoretical and practical point of view. Its overall objectives are: • To promote a culture of tolerance through mutual cognition and development of the wits of accepting the diversity, as an essential element of an open society; • To know the principal problems, which bound the intercultural pedagogy; • To outline the possibilities and limits of the intercultural approach in education; • To identify and promote the intercultural dimensions of education; • To build up the ability of performing and judging the educational practices, from the point of view of respecting and bringing up the cultural diversity; • To build open and permissive pedagogical alternatives to cultural multiplicity.
