Rezumat
The article „Formation of Future Teachers Professional Competences” deals with actual problems of teachers’ training. The author emphasizes the professional competence together with cognitive, emotional, motivational, and managerial capacities. These competences are thoroughly studied, and thus we can say, that the idea of professional competence brings a significant transition from „what” to „how”, contributes to the realization of a formative training, and also implies an effort of duration and systematic educational actions.
