Rezumat
This article treats a new problem of continuous forming of teachers for primary schools – this problem is based on the necessity of teacher’s ecological competence forming, for pupils’ education. There are a lot of social, political and scientific arguments which demonstrate the correlation between this problem and the education’s development on national and global plane.
