Rezumat

Music and art is the domain in which the manifestation of natural talents that are above the average level can become obvious if certain conditions are complied with. Gifted children need special attention with a view to valuating adequately their creative potential. Proper identification of musically exceptionally gifted children and creation for them of a system of adequate didactic conditions aiming at valuating their musical-artistic and creative potential will lead to the development of cultural dimension of the society.
