Rezumat
Curriculum developments in optional disciplines, is a request the schools are determined in order to individualize their educational offer. Often, as a function of theirs extension and the management team responsibility, managerial methods and techniques are useful. In this paper such a mechanism is presented. As a method, it is extracted from the European practice in that field and adapted at peculiar conditions of schools. A few managerial methods are described. These can clarify the vision about the structure, project, implementation, monitor and evaluation of any curricular development program. The method can be satisfactory not only in curricular development bat in any kind of program too.
