Rezumat

The problem of socialization of children is one of the most important. To achieve it is to begin in early childhood. The author highlights the need to establish an active partnership between different institutions. Special attention is requested to be granted joint actions in collaboration with the family and the kindergarten. In this collaboration a key role should be given to pedagogical relationship as human relationship.
