Rezumat

The article appeals to continue vocational training (CVT) issues from the perspective gradual osmosis of various systems and subsystems in order to develop a functional and stimulating framework. The study is based on the concepts of marketing education, social dialogue, the labor market. In the article the concept of social partnership in the field of CVT is developed. There are summarized some international practices in the field of CVT. The concept of educational marketing is approached in order to put the anticipatory relevant size of the educational offerings in relation with the labor market.
