THE DIMENSION OF AFFECTIVITY REFLECTED IN THE NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY ACTS The psychoemotional well-being of the pupils in the learning process is very important, and the school needs to provide a favourable and safe educational environment for their emotional health. We consider relevant the need to include in the normative and regulatory acts for education the provisions in order to strengthen the emotional psychological dimension, namely the emotional well-being of the pupils. Studies of national education policies confirm that education policies are unbalanced in this sense and give priority to the formation of other psychological dimensions than that of emotional well-being. The formation of affective availabilities becomes an important goal of education and a major task of school psychologists. The creation of new structures at the state level and the promotion of laws that will facilitate the work of psychologists in educational institutions is indispensable. At the same time, it is necessary to expand scientific research in order to study the particularities of the affectivity of pupils in new vital conditions, and the characteristics of the emotional sphere of pupils in response to new societal challenges.
