THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BENCHMARKS REGARDING THE DESIGN AND FORMATION OF INTERCULTURAL COMPETENCE IN THE ART SCHOOL “A. STÂRCEA” The article addresses the formation of the elementary musical-artistic competences in the art school from the perspective of interculturality, which demands a specific educational strategy integrated in the Praxeological Model of teaching/learning and the Differentiated Learning Scheme. These are supported by a predominantly individualized and differentiated educa- tional process of training onnected to the respective educational standards, while formation of the intercultural competence on training evels is designed by applying an adequate repertoire of works for the study process.
