Abstract

This article presents the role of the manager, as well as his importance in resolving conflicts between actors in

the educational institution. The ways in which a manager helps teachers to behave normally and responsibly are pre- sented, strategies for solving them through partnerships, mediation, evaluation of conflict management activities are presented. The article presents conflict resolution strategies and examples of styles approached by the manager of the educational institution.
