THE ROLE OF THE TEACHING STAFF IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MOTIVATION FOR LEARNING

The option to deal with this theme of the role of the teacher in developing the motivation for learning of primary school students within the article, resides in the importance of the way in which the educational activity is designed, so that the student is attracted to it. The motivating energy is unique to each student, as are the reasons for learning. That is why the role of the teaching staff is particularly important, since the degree of motivation of the student also depends (to some extent) on the way in which he creates the learning situations.
