Аннотация
The study investigates the connections between psychological dimensions (depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem) and eating behaviors in adolescents and young adults, using validated psychodiagnostic tools. The research
objectives are multiple: theoretical and empirical analysis of the psychological factors involved in eating behaviors,
identification of current trends among adolescents and young adults, as well as the selection and validation of appropriate psychological assessment tools. The methodology integrates both theoretical and empirical analyses, using
psychometric scales such as DASS, EDDS, the self-esteem test, and the eating attitudes test, combined with statistical
and qualitative analyses to provide a detailed understanding of the subject.
Keywords: depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, eating behaviors, psychodiagnostics, adolescents, psychological intervention.
