Abstract

The nature and content of the services give to the decision-making process of purchasing and consuming services a different meaning compared to the decision to purchase the goods. This is due to the impact of the services characteristics, complexity and difference in behavioral factors. Which has made us identify the distinctive particularity of the service consumer's behavior is the role that the marketing specialist can have in understanding and interaction with the customer.
