Improving performance in the agri-food sector is a priority for the Moldovan economy. The high competitiveness, the diversification of the range of products and the way of establishing the main markets are only a few conditions that would lead to the efficient management of the agri-food sector. In order to make commercial management more efficient in the agri-food sector, the authors have applied a way through which managers can enhance their performance in selling agri-food products.
