This article highlights the educational policies that have been implemented in the educational system of the Republic of Moldova, especially in higher education. Higher education has undergone a lot of changes since the proclamation of independence and continued to this day. The all changes made were based on the connection of the higher education system to the European rigor, in other words its Europeanization. The adaptation of the higher education to the conditions required by the EU, will provide the necessary compatibility and competitiveness on the European academic market, which will increase the academic mobility of the involved actors.
