In this article, we conducted a study on the role of economic policies adopted by the Republic of Moldova in recent years and determining the impact produced or expected as the result of the policies adopted, both on economic agents in the field of tourism and on state budget revenues. The purpose of the study is to examine the changes in the regulatory framework, approached through the prism of budgetary and fiscal policy, ruling from deregulating some aspects of the requirements for business, as well as providing simplified mechanisms for business. The results obtained can serve as a basis for maintaining current approaches or developing new economic policy proposals, in order to boost the initiation and development of business in tourism.
