Abstract
FEATURES OF SPECTRUM OF FREE AMINO ACIDS IN THE BLOOD SERUM OF THE RATS OF HYPERSTHENIC TYPE, CONTAINED ON DIFFERENT RATIONS
The search for the optimal structure of rations and their biological assessment are important elements in the nutritional system in accordance with the type of constitution. The paper presents the results of the influence of various caloric structures of rations for the hypersthenic type on the formation of the antioxidant potential of the organism and the intermediate metabolism of amino acids.
