COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF AMINO ACID COMPOSITION OF POLLEN BASKET AND BEE POLLEN WITH THE PURPOSE OF USING THEM TO SUPPORT SANOGENIC STATUS OF THE ORGANISM
The physicochemical composition, biological properties of bee polen and bee bread, as well as the reasoning for their practical use are considered in the article. These beeproducts are not only highly concentrated preparations balanced on all substances necessary for human life, but can also be used to form and maintain the sanogenic status of the organism in different age and functional periods of a person.
